What is the customer support portal and what can you do?
As a DocVelocity customer, you can use this support portal to do all of these things:
- Submit new support tickets (technical and functional issues or enhancement requests)
- Check the status of your existing tickets
- Update and/or close tickets
- Search the Capsilon knowledgebase to find solutions on your own
The portal has an intuitive user interface that is easy to navigate without extensive training. When you log into the portal, you are presented with a list of your open support cases. Site Administrators can see all of their company’s support cases.
