It’s easy to submit a new ticket through the portal.
- Go to the portal login page (http://www.capsilon.com/customer-support) and log into the portal by providing your e-mail address and portal password.
- Click on the “Submit a Request” button.
- Fill in the requested information, and click the “Submit” button.
- If you have any files you wish to attach to the ticket, click the “Add File” button and follow the instructions.
